Cycles
If you are part of the Technical Challenges Stage, this does not apply
to you. This section only applies to those candidates within the
Autonomic Jump Pool or Immersion Stage.

Training is done in weekly cycles.

Initially, you are offered two cycles of training.

At the end of each cycle, one of the following will happen:

You do not receive any notification, which means the training cycle continues for one more week.

You receive a notification that we do not want to continue with another cycle, which means we are terminating the training process.

You receive a formal notification that your process moves to an
On Holdstate because a sponsor made you a job offer.

On average, it takes between 8 to 12 cycles to successfully finish this process.
This is an estimate and depends entirely on your productivity, perseverance, and performance.
