Introduction
Autonomic Jump is an employment program run by Autonomic Mind (opens in a new tab). Its goal is to provide a training ground for Software Developers and Ethical Hackers to demonstrate their ability to solve online challenges, understand the use of Git in industrial environments, and learn autonomously.
The performance of the candidates is constantly monitored by IT companies, who make job offers to those who excel at successfully uploading to our repository the solutions to the challenges. Last but not least, Autonomic Mind will pay you at the end of the month for the hours you spend solving and uploading your solutions, more on that later.
Autonomic Jump is a fully asynchronous and remote program; there are no entry batches, completion dates, or generations. Think of it as a constant steam, of people entering and leaving the program every week.
The program was created in 2015, and since then, thousands of coding and hacking challenges have been solved by hundreds of candidates. As per September 2021 each candidate stayed in the program on average between 8 and 12 weeks in the program and our employability rate was around 50%.
